To obtain Grenada citizenship, applicants invest in the country’s economy. There are two options to choose from — refundable and non-refundable. Non-refundable investment: a one-time contribution to the National Transformation Fund. The money the applicant invests is used for the development of Grenada’s economy. The amount of the subsidy depends on the number of participants. The amount of contribution for one investor — $150,000. For spouses with two children — $200,000. Refundable investment: purchase of real estate in Grenada. The investor chooses a property from the list approved by the government.
