Requirements

Education: Graduation

Experience. At least 1 year

• Responsibilities & Context
• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
• Attend all kinds of phone calls from the hotline.
• Follow up on all social media comments & messages and give replies & feedback as per customers’ requirements.
• Regular reporting.

Skills & Expertise

• Attractive Voice
• English speaking skills
• Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Good Communication Skills (Bangla & English)
